If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Services

Zenergy Home provides whole-home sustainability solutions, including solar panels, battery backup storage (Franklin WH), GAF-certified roofing, high-efficiency heat pumps/HVAC, insulation, smart thermostat installations, and complimentary water quality testing. The website serves as a resource to explore these systems, obtain instant cost estimates, and schedule physical property consultations.

3. Calculators and Estimator Disclaimer

Our solar calculations, roofing instant estimators, and HVAC load evaluations are provided for illustrative purposes only.

• The outputs are generated based on mathematical modeling and user inputs, which do not constitute a formal offer of contract or guarantees of energy savings.
• Real solar output depends on local weather, roof pitch, utility tariffs, and shading.
• Roofing materials and labor prices require a visual check of physical shingles, decking, and venting structures.
• Official contracts, specifications, and binding pricing are only provided after Zenergy Home conducts an onsite physical inspection and drafts a written agreement.

4. Financing and Pre-Qualification

Zenergy Home works with green lenders (such as Service Finance, Credit Human, Light Reach, or SunGauge) to facilitate project financing. Pre-qualification forms submitted through our website are routed to these credit agencies. Approval processes, interest rates, terms, and contracts are defined directly between the homeowner and the lender. Zenergy Home is not a licensed financial institution and does not dictate credit decisions.

5. Whole-Home Audits and Property Access

When scheduling a free home energy audit, you represent that you are the legal owner of the property or have obtained explicit permission from the property owner to grant Zenergy Home technicians access to the attic, basement, exterior, and utility meters. You must ensure a safe working environment free of hazards for our technicians during the blower door and thermal imaging tests.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Zenergy Home, its divisions, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zenergy Home's website, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Zenergy Home may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
